How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
For your convenience and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Do I need a reservation?
An appointment is required.

What if I am not comfortable?
We ask that you communicate your concerns with us while you are here. Whether itís the pressure level of your massage to the lighting in the room, this experience is for you to relax and enjoy our services, please communicate any concerns.

What about jewelry and valuables?
During your visit we ask that you leave these items in your room, we also provide lockers for personal belongings.

What if I am pregnant?
We recommend that you do not receive any Spa service until after your first trimester concludes. After that the Spa offers a variety of wonderful treatments for the developing body. Please let us know if you are pregnant- a certified prenatal therapist must perform this treatment.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, major credit cards, Marriott gift cards, and if you are a hotel guest you can sign the charges to your room

How much are Gratuities?
For your convenience, we add a 20% Service charge to all spa services upon checkout. Pricing does not include tax or gratuity. The therapists receive 18% of that service charge. If you would like to add any additional gratuity, you may do so by using a credit card, room charge or cash. Any Spa Concierge can assist you

What if I must cancel by appointment?
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel any treatment. Guests are responsible for 100% of the services reserved for no-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hour notice. Credit cards and gift certificates will be charged for outstanding balances.

Do you offer refunds and/or exchanges?
There are no refunds on products or gift certificates. Retail purchases can be exchanged for up to 7 days, if not used.

Are cell phones permitted?
To ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all our guests, we ask that you leave your pagers and cellular phones turned off while in the spa.

Are children permitted?
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to receive nail services and at least 18 years old to receive skin care and massage services. Guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are gift cards available?
Gift cards may be purchased by the treatment or dollar amount for services or products. Gift cards can be purchased directly at the spa, online at gifts.marriott.com or by phone at 1-800-813-GIFT.
